The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is holding a November 9, 2012 public hearing on the ACA’s branded prescription drug fee.  The subject of the hearing will be the agency’s August 18, 2011 notice of proposed rulemaking that cross-referenced temporary regulations also issued on August 18.  The IRS must receive outlines of topics to be discussed at the hearing by October 5, 2012.
