The OIG is producing a series of compliance training video and audio presentations to familiarize providers with major health care fraud and abuse laws and help providers respond to compliance issues. Presentations released to date cover the OIG exclusion authorities and the federal anti-kickback statute. The presentations generally are being released weekly through February 2012. Other compliance materials are compiled at the OIG website.
