On January 14, 2011, the National Supplier Clearinghouse posted CMS frequently-asked questions clarifying certain aspects of the August 27, 2010 Medicare DMEPOS supplier standards final rule. Among other things, CMS addresses standards for contracting arrangements for licensed services, the minimum space standard, beneficiary solicitation, the colocation standard, and the minimum hours of operation.
