As part of the Obama Administration’s efforts to increase transparency in government, FDA is soliciting comments on ways to increase transparency between FDA and regulated industry. This request follows the implementation of two related initiatives at the agency, the creation of the web-based program “FDA Basics” and two public meetings in the past year relating to how FDA can improve its disclosure to the public. FDA is accepting public comment on this issue until April 12, 2010.
