On March 17, 2009, the Department of Defense (DoD) published a final rule to implement provision of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2008 regarding payment for drugs under the TRICARE Retail Pharmacy Program. Reed Smith is preparing an analysis of the rule, which will be available in the near future on Life Sciences Legal Update.
