CMS Posts 2012 ICD-10-CM Code Update
CMS has posted the 2012 ICD-10-CM code updates (which are replacing the ICD-9-CM diagnosis codes) on its website. CMS previously released the 2012 ICD-10-PCS (procedure) files.
